The Process of Tea Leaf Handling

After harvesting, the tea leaves are promptly taken to the processing facility where they are first withered to reduce moisture and make them plia-ble. Next, the leaves are rolled to release essential oils and enhance flavor, followed by firing to deve-lop a fragrant aroma. Finally, the tea is thoroughly dried before being packaged into containers for storage and sale.
